Started the firm of CFP Group, LLC in 1999 as a majority shareholder. Recent projects include GAMBRO Patient Services Laboratory, Ft. In 1988, Ira joined the firm of Davis Stokes Collaborative, P.C. as an equal share holder. Mr. Chilton served as Principal, directing master planning and programming. Major projects included Master Planning for Coral Gables Hospital, Coral Gables, Florida; Master Plan and Working Documents for Centre for Healthcare Medical Clinic and Outpatient Services, San Diego, California (Multi-Specialty Clinic/Managed Care); Laboratory Expansion and Renovation, Memorial Mission Hospital, Asheville, North Carolina; Several National Reference Laboratory/N.H.L.; The C.N.I.R. Project-A-Research Magnet/U.A.B., Birmingham, Alabama; Neurological Institute of New York, M.R.I. Research Facility at Columbia University, New York, NY; and Master Plan for Westside Regional Medical Center, Plantation, Florida.

In 1986, Ira held the positions of Project Manager and Consultant responsible for coordination with owner representatives, architects and field personnel with the firm of Medical Construction Group. He provided early development programming, acquisition surveys and interface with early schematic work being done by the architect on the projects. Projects included Project Manager for the Dr. Raich Offices in Lancaster, PA; provided owner assistance in the development of the Greenville Surgery Center in Dallas, Texas; design and construction of several laboratories for International Clinical Laboratories.

Mr. Chilton was the first and only Corporate Architect for Surgical Care Affiliates, Inc. He was responsible for establishing their total construction and equipment planning program. He was also involved in corporate projects from real estate selection through equipment delivery and building occupancy at the following locations: Freeway Surgery Center, Little Rock, Arkansas; Mobile Surgery Center, Mobile, Alabama; Huntington Surgery Center, Huntington, West Virginia; Charlotte Surgery Center, Charlotte, North Carolina; Sarasota Surgery Center, Sarasota, Florida; Eau Claire Surgery Center, Eau Claire, Wisconsin; Charleston Surgery Center, Charleston, West Virginia; Lancaster Surgery Center and Lancaster Medical Center, Lancaster, Pennsylvania; and Lexington Diagnostic Center, Lexington, Kentucky.

KIMBERLY FREDRICKSON

President of Consulting for The CFP Group, LLC, which provides comprehensive services in medical consulting such as strategic planning, comprehensive facility studies, demographic analysis, and market research.

Recent projects include: Bay Area Medical Center Master Plan; Manzanillo Puerto Franco Strategic Master Plan; St. Vincent de Paul Campus Master Plan (which is now being utilized in construction of new elementary wing); Dominican Campus Master Plan Update; Chatuge Regional Medical Center Action Plan for 2nd Floor; Chatuge Regional Medical Center Business Occupancy Separation; and AmeriPath Pathology Laboratory Space Utilization Strategic Plan.

While with Davis Stokes Chilton Collaborative, P.C., Kimberly researched and coordinated the demographic and facilities information for Master Plans and Facility Analysis Plans. Project activity included: Strategic Facility Analysis for Cape Fear Memorial Hospital, Abbreviated Master Plan and Facility Analysis for Fannin Regional Medical Center, Master Plan for Mt. Oread Medical Arts Centre, Lawrence, Kansas; Strategic Study and Master Plan for Columbia/HCA, Las Vegas, NV; Strategic Study and Master Plan for West Paces Ferry, Atlanta, GA.

Ms. Fredrickson managed an office consisting of 40 stockbrokers for Montano Securities Corporation. Her duties included: analyzing and tracking current investment trends, conducting weekly sales motivational meetings, resolving issues between clients and stockbrokers, negotiating with vendors, general personnel maintenance.

Ms. Fredrickson also taught financial seminars. Classes included "Preparing for the Series 7 Federal Regulations Financial Stockbroker Exam," and "Preparing for the Series 63 State Regulations for Financial Stockbroker Exam."

Ms. Fredrickson previously spent 2 years as a second grade teacher, where she designed developmental learning activities, managed classroom daily, supervised paid and volunteer staff.

SARA SNODGRASS


BACHELOR OF ARCHITECTURE
Auburn University, 1991

Sara Snodgrass recently joined The CFP Group, L.L.C. in the summer of 1999. Sara brings to CFP a variety of experiences including Medical, Retail, Restaurant, and Ecclesiastical among others. She has worked on a variety of sized projects including new construction, renovations and additions.

Before joining The CFP Group, Sara was employed at Design and Engineering, P.C. in Brentwood, Tennessee as a Project Architect. She worked on the design layout and the overseeing of construction documents preparations. Her work included: Bank of Nashville - Brentwood Branch, Rebos Chemical Dependency Treatment Facility - Lebanon, Tennessee, along with prototypical restaurant designs including Cracker Barrel and Cici's Pizza.

Previously, Sara was employed at Davis Stokes Chilton Collaborative, P.C. She was a team leader in charge of various projects in the Nashville office. As a team leader, Sara provided programming, schematic design, and oversaw a staff to provide construction documents preparation. Sara also performed construction management services. Projects included: Central Texas Surgery Center - Austin, Texas, Jordan Rehabilitation Facility - Nashville, Tennessee, Regional Hospital of Jackson - Skilled Nursing Unit - Jackson, Tennessee, Southern Tennessee Medical Center Nursing Unit - Winchester, Tennessee, a master plan for the state of Tennessee Supreme Court, and the Master Plan for the Tennessee State Library and Archives.
