HISTORY:
Mr. Young founded The Advisory Group in 1995 to pool resources from various talented individuals. The Advisory Group focuses on healthcare feasibility studies, strategic facility master planning & facility development, lease portfolio management, and medical practice sales and acquisitions for acute care hospitals, outpatient care centers, ancillary service centers, medical practices, and physician office buildings.

Mr. Young has also been responsible for overall development and implementation of the corporate consulting services of a regional real estate firm through The Matthews Company. His efforts included achievements of client objectives, site selection, lease negotiations, construction management and lease and property sales specializing in healthcare properties.
