SCOPE OF EXPERIENCE:
Mr. Wellborn has extensive experience in Market Forecasting and Strategic Planning. His projects have included studies for 35 hospitals; more than 100 ambulatory surgery, diagnostic, and treatment center sites; and a number of individual medical practices and rural health clinics. Projects have been located in 27 states, including Alaska and Washington, D.C., and Israel. Clients have included other consulting firms, individual health care providers and private companies that own and develop health care facilities.

Woody has also prepared CON applications, statistical support documents, maps hearing exhibits, and hearing testimony for health care facilities and home health providers in Tennessee, Kentucky, Georgia, Illinois and North Carolina.

Mr. Wellborn is principal of DocuStat, a consulting services company which provides services such as: market forecasting, statistical analysis, long range strategic planning, and supporting expansion and development of healthcare facilities. Related services are also provided to real estate professionals in support of residential, commercial and office development.
